NEW YORK - Six plaintiffs alleging that Rezulin caused their headaches, dizziness or edema failed to provide any support for those claims and cannot pursue them, the federal judge presiding over the Rezulin MDL ruled Aug. 13. In re: Rezulin Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1348 (S.D. N.Y.).
