BROOKLYN - A New York woman alleges in a new complaint that hormone therapy drugs made by Wyeth and Sandoz pharmaceutical companies caused her to develop lupus and left her at risk for other adverse health consequences. Gentle v. Wyeth, et al., No. CV 04 2747 (E.D. N.Y.).
Casorine Gentle filed her complaint July 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
