Zyprexa MDL Judge Appoints Plaintiffs' Steering Committee

NEW YORK - U.S. District Judge Jack B. Weinstein on June 15 issued the first case management order in the Zyprexa products liability MDL, appointing members to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee (PSC). In re: Zyprexa Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1596 (E.D. N.Y.).

Melvyn Weiss of Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman in New York was named Chair of the PSC and Michael A. London of Douglas & London in New York was named Vice-Chair. Christopher Seeger of Seeger Weiss in New York will serve as plaintiffs' liaison counsel.
