JACKSON, Miss. - A Holmes County Circuit Court Judge's order denying Janssen Pharmaceutica's motion to sever and transfer a Propulsid injury case involving 65 plaintiffs was overturned by the Mississippi Supreme Court on July 1. The court based on its decision in Janssen Pharmaceutica v. Armond (866 So.2d 1092 [Miss. 2004]). Scott et al. v. Janssen Pharmaceutica et al. No. 2003-IA-00287-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
