NEW YORK - Supplement manufacturer Twin Lab is seeking dismissal of a California woman's claim that her ingestion of Ripped Fuel caused her to develop primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) on the ground that her action is barred by the statute of limitations. In re: Ephedra Products Liability Litigation, 04 M.D. 1598 (S.D. N.Y.).
