NEW YORK - New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer filed suit against GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) June 2 claiming that the company concealed data from studies designed to investigate the safety and efficacy of Paxil in pediatric patients. The People of the State of New York v. GlaxoSmithKline PLC, No. n/a (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
