CHICAGO - A woman seeking to represent a class of plaintiffs allegedly injured by Neo-Synephrine had her motion to stay denied by a federal judge, who held that a pending motion for summary judgment in a similar case is insufficient reason for a stay. Orso, et al. v. Bayer Corp. No. 04-C-0114 (N.D. Ill.).
