NEW ORLEANS -A federal judge on May 5 granted one plaintiff's motion to dismiss with prejudice his claims that Avandia is not supplied with adequate warnings regarding the risk of heart and liver injuries. Edwards v. GlaxoSmithKline Inc. No. 03-1198 (E.D. La.).
