SALT LAKE CITY - A Utah manufacturer is seeking an injunction of the FDA's ban on ephedra products on the ground that the agency failed to show that daily consumption of 10 milligrams or less of the herbal stimulant is associated with serious side effects. Nutraceutical Corp. et al. v. Lester Crawford, et al. No. 04-CV-409 (D. Utah).
