SEATTLE - Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of Prozac, is seeking summary judgment in a case involving a Washington police officer who allegedly killed himself after using the antidepressant. Lilly contends the man stopped taking its version of the drug 87 days before he committed suicide. Laisure-Radke v. Barr Laboratories Inc., et al. No. CV03-3654P (W.D. Wash.).
