TYLER, Texas - A man is suing Celebrex manufacturer Pharmacia Corporation claiming that his use of the arthritis medication caused him to suffer 'severe and painful personal injuries.' Pugh v. Pharmacia Corp. No. 04-CV-171 (E.D. Texas).
The lawsuit, which was filed March 22 in the County Court at Law #2 for the District Court of Gregg County (Texas), was removed by Pharmacia to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on April 20.
