Judge Appoints Members of Plaintiffs' Legal Team in Paxil MDL

LOS ANGELES - Karen Barth Menzies of Los Angeles' Baum Hedlund was named lead counsel for approximately 1,500 plaintiffs involved in the Paxil products liability MDL on April 6. In re: Paxil Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1574 (C.D. Calif.).

According to a press release issued by Baum Hedlund, U.S. District Judge Marianna Pfaelzer of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California also appointed members of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee (PSC) following a hearing held April 5.
