WASHINGTON - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) created two separate federal dockets for cases involving injuries stemming from the ingestion of Zyprexa and for personal injury actions filed against manufacturers of ephedra-containing products, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting. In re: Zyprexa Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1596 (E.D. N.Y.), In re: Ephedra Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1598 (S.D. Ohio).
