Wis. Appellate Court Affirms Summary Judgment Awarded to Oral Contraceptive Maker

MADISON, Wis. - A Wisconsin appellate court recently affirmed summary judgment for the manufacturer of Loestrin after finding that the warnings accompanying the oral contraceptive were adequate and not the cause of a woman's blindness. Kurer, et al. v. Parke-Davis & Co., et al. No. 03-0647 (Wis. Ct. Appeal, Dist. I).
