FORT WORTH, Texas - A motion filed March 15 by the makers of Enbrel claim that summary judgment is warranted in a case involving a woman who claims she suffered neurological injuries and infections after using the biologic treatment because she cannot provide causation evidence to support her allegations. Hahn v. Amgen Inc., et al. No. 03-CV-855 (N.D. Texas).
According to the motion, plaintiff Randa Hahn failed to comply with a Dec. 17 order requiring her to provide evidence of causation by March 12.
