PSC Moves to Dissolve Baycol MDL, Judge Continues Discovery

MINNEAPOLIS - The MDL judge overseeing discovery in the Baycol MDL recently issued a pretrial ordering scheduling deadlines for case-specific discovery, one week after the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee moved to dissolve the litigation by arguing that the defense was improperly seeking to continue discovery.
