BELLEVILLE, Ill. - Seven men and women from Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota and Kentucky sued Eli Lilly & Co. for injuries they contend resulted from using the company's Zyprexa antispychotic. Bavone, et al. v. Eli Lilly & Co. No. 05-L-770. (Ill. 20th Jud. Cir. Ct., St. Clair Cty.).
Carl Bavone, Debbie Bernsley, Robert Goatee, Terrance Hause, Constance Morrow, Jessica Perry and Roger Yon sued Eli Lilly in the Illinois 20th Judicial Circuit Court, St. Clair County, alleging they developed diabetes and pancreatitis as a result of ingesting the antipsychotic drug Zyprexa (olanzapine).
