JPML Consolidates and Transfers 10 Celexa/Lexapro Cases to Missouri

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation consolidated eleven claims against Forest Pharmaceuticals Inc. for injuries allegedly caused by its Celexa and Lexapro antidepressants and transferred the cases to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. In re: Celexa/Lexapro Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1736 (JPML).

On Feb. 16, the JPML consolidated and transferred the cases, assigning them to Judge Rodney W. Sippel.

The transferred cases are: Dan Henrikson (1:05-cv-121) in the District of Idaho; Ella May Cross (1:05-cv-170) in the Northern District of Mississippi; Raymond P. Badyna (1:05-cv-4711) in the District of New Jersey; …
