BENTON, Ill. - Eight women with claims pending against Johnson & Johnson and Ortho-McNeil for injuries allegedly stemming from its Ortho Evra birth control patch are moving to consolidate their claims in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Carey Good (No. 06-54), Maral Annayeva (No. 4:06-cv-04026), Brandy Houk (No. 4:06-cv-04020), Melody Miller (No. 4:06-cv-04021), Tanya Lowe (No. 4:06-cv-04022), Reannon Tutkus (No. 4:06-cv-04023), Stephanie Curtis (No. 4:06-cv-04024) and Kristine Bailey (No. 4:06-cv-04025) moved for consolidation on Jan. 27.
