MINNEAPOLIS - Guidant Corp. and Cardiac Pacemakers Inc. withdrew an all writs motion against a Texas attorney after calling his discovery tactics 'abusive,' and saying he would threaten discovery in the Guidant Implantable Defibrillator MDL.
