COLUMBIA, S.C. - A couple's suit against the manufacturer of Enbrel was dismissed with prejudice March 10 after they failed to identify any experts that could support their theory that the woman's use of Enbrel caused kidney failure and other problems that led to her death. Parker v. Amgen, et al. No. 02-3286 (D.S.C.).
U.S. District Judge C. Weston Houck ordered that the parties bear their own costs and fees.
