BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - An Alabama man is suing Prozac (fluoxetine) manufacturer Eli Lilly as well as a number of other companies that manufacture generic versions of the antidepressant, claiming that his daughter's ingestion of the drug caused her to commit suicide. Anthony Edward Baxter v. Barr Laboratories, et al. No. CV-04-27 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Calhoun Cty.).
