Calif. Appellate Court Overturns Summary Judgment Awarded to Metabolife

SAN DIEGO - A California appellate court on March 11 overturned a trial court's decision to award summary judgment to Metabolife after finding that the testimony of the plaintiffs' expert was sufficient to raise a triable issue on causation.
