N.J. Judge Orders Use of Verilaw in Vioxx Mass Tort

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.- The Superior Court Judge overseeing New Jersey's Vioxx-related injury cases recently issued an order allowing attorneys to utilize Verilaw Technologies Inc. to provide service of pleadings and access to recently filed documents. In re: Vioxx Litigation, No. 619 (N.J. Super. Ct., Atlantic Cty.).
Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Carol Higbee's Jan. 28 order noted that the Verilaw database is not accessible by the general public and that access to Vioxx documents would be limited to counsel and employees of their respective law firms.
