YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - An Ohio man who claimed that his wife's use of Remicade caused her to suffer a fatal infection withdrew his case on Feb. 13. Delbert Reeder v. Centocor Inc., et al. No. 03-CV-1911 (N.D. Ohio, Eastern Div.).

Plaintiff Delbert Reeder's notice of dismissal was filed under Rule 41(A)(1)(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and was signed three days later by U.S. District Judge Peter C. Economous.
