ATLANTA - A Georgia man is seeking an unspecified amount in compensatory and punitive damages from Ortho-McNeil, the manufacturer of Levaquin, claiming that his use of the drug caused him to develop tendinitis and made him susceptible to suffering other serious injuries. Charles Solomon v. Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Inc., No. 04-CV-0208 (N.D. Ga., Atlanta Div.).
