DENVER - A federal court's decisions to exclude expert testimony and subsequently award Pfizer summary judgment in a Zoloft suicide case were upheld by the Tenth Circuit after it found that the plaintiffs had ample opportunities to redress issues regarding the expert's opinions prior to the Daubert hearings. Mark Miller, et al. v. Pfizer, Inc., No. 02-3092 (10th Cir.).
