WASHINGTON - In opposition to manufacturer Eli Lilly's motion for summary judgment, a woman argued that her DES-related injury claim is not barred by the three-year statute of limitations because she was unaware that her infertility was related to in utero exposure to DES until an X-ray found that she had a T-shaped uterus.
