LAKE CHARLES, La. - The plaintiffs in a Remicade wrongful death case recently objected to the findings of a magistrate judge, who recommended the denial of their motion to remand, on the ground that the Louisiana Medical Review Panel has yet to render a decision on their claims against the physician defendants.
