NEW ORLEANS - A plaintiff seeking to remand his PPA products liability case must wait for the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) to decide whether the case will be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington before any arguments will be heard on the pending motion, a federal judge ruled.
