Texas Couple Moves to Remand Remicade Injury Case

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A woman, who claims she developed lupus as a result of receiving Remicade, and her husband recently moved to remand their case against the manufacturer, prescribing physician and administering physician, arguing that they can pursue negligence claims against the doctors.
