LANSING, Mich. - A worker's compensation appellate commission affirmed the denial of a woman's wrongful death claim, finding that the Board of Magistrates correctly concluded that an expert's testimony on causation did not meet the reliability requirements under Daubert. Barbara Dunn v. BioPort Corp., et al. No. 03-0014 (Mich. Workers Comp. App. Comm.).
