FRESNO, Calif. - A motion for summary judgment filed by two drug companies was granted in part and denied in part by a federal judge, who found that a husband's suspicion that his wife's neuropathy was caused by her ingestion of high doses of Prevacid triggered the discovery rule, and that his claims were barred by California's one-year statute of limitations.
