CINCINATTI - The Sixth Circuit upheld orders of summary judgment awarded to the manufacturer of Orimune in two cases where plaintiffs claimed that exposure to the oral polio vaccine caused them to develop the central nervous system disease. Joseph R. Graham, et al. v. American Cyanamid Co., No. 01-4175; Roy Lee Lundy, et al. v. American Cyanamid Co., No. 01-4176 (6th Cir.).
