MINNEAPOLIS - A federal judge denied a motion to remand filed by plaintiffs seeking to establish a class for Florida residents who allegedly suffered substantial injury and economic harm as a result of using Baycol, ruling that the plaintiffs' failure to limit the request for punitive damages, injunctive relief and treble damages could result in awards in excess of $75,000.
