CLEVELAND - A woman is suing the manufacturers of three blood pressure medications claiming that her use of the drugs caused her to suffer serious and permanent injuries. Jacqueline White v. Pfizer, Inc., et al., No. 03-CV-2412 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pleas, Cuyahoga Cty.).
In a brief complaint filed Oct. 15 in Ohio's Court of Common Pleas for Cuyahoga County, plaintiff Jacqueline White asserted that each of the drugs are defectively designed and are not accompanied by adequate warnings.
