SAN DIEGO - A federal judge recently ordered that California plaintiffs seeking to remand their Rezulin-related products liability cases will have to wait for the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation's (JPML) decision as to whether the cases will be transferred to the federal MDL before the motions can be considered. Teresa Michael, et al., v. Warner-Lambert Co., et al., No. 03-CV-1978 (S.D. Calif.).
