Judge Orders 35 Twinlab Personal Injury Cases Transferred to N.Y. Federal Court

NEW YORK - A federal judge recently ordered the creation of a civil docket in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for 35 ephedra-related injury suits against Twinlab Corp. that have been proceeding in district courts nationwide.
