Ohio Supreme Court Will Review Ruling Certifying Statewide OxyContin Class

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Supreme Court announced Nov. 26 that it will hear arguments over whether an appellate court erred in its decision to affirm a ruling that certified a statewide class for residents of the Buckeye state who allegedly sustained injuries stemming from the use of OxyContin.
