WASHINGTON, D.C. — A motion has been filed before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create a coordinated MDL docket for all federal personal injury and wrongful death cases involving the drug Pradaxa. In Re: Pradaxa Product Liability Litigation, MDL No. n/a (JPML).

The petition was filed May 30 and seeks transfer of nearly a dozen pending cases, and all future claims, to a centralized docket in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
