CHICAGO –– The federal court overseeing the infant formula NEC personal injury multidistrict litigation docket has conditionally approved counsel appointments, including the designation of Timothy J. Becker, C. Andrew Childers, Wendy R. Fleishman, Jose M. Rojas, and Diandra “Fu” Debrosse Zimmerman as Plaintiff’s Co-Lead Counsel.

In the May 26 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois also approved defense counsel appointments, which include Stephanie E. Parker as Abbott’s Lead Counsel, Meir Feder and Bridget K.
