PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania appellate court reversed a grant of summary judgment to the makers of hormone therapy replacement drugs in 14 cases, ruling that issues of fact exist as to when the plaintiffs knew or reasonably should have known of a connection between their breast cancer and the drugs.
