First Case Management Order Entered in Philadelphia Baycol Litigation

PHILADELPHIA - An initial case management order has been entered in the recently consolidated Baycol proceedings in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, outlining deadlines and procedures for plaintiffs and defendants. In Re: Baycol Litigation, No. 011100001 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Phila. Cty.).

The Feb. 28 order was accompanied by an agreed-to protective order regarding confidential information.
