SHREVEPORT, La. - A Louisiana woman, whose husband's death was allegedly caused by his use of Zyprexa and Celexa, filed suit against the manufacturers of the drugs. Charlene H. Folse v. Eli Lilly & Co., et al., No. CV03-1888 (W.D. La.).

The petition, which was filed in Louisiana's 15th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Lafayette, states that Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of Zyprexa, and Forest Pharmaceuticals, the company that makes Celexa, failed to warn consumers of the potentially lethal interaction.
