Causation Testimony, Settlement Packages Subject of N.J. Propulsid Case Management Order

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Following a February liaison counsel conference, a case management order concerning medical causation testimony and settlement packages has been issued in the New Jersey consolidated Propulsid proceedings. In Re: Propulsid Litigation, Case Code 247 (N.J. Super. Ct., Middlesex Cty.).

The March 5 order, issued by Judge Marina Corodemus of the Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division in Middlesex County, specifies deadlines for the exchange of medical causation testimony in the coming months.
