WASHINGTON - The lead plaintiffs in a suit alleging that they suffered withdrawal symptoms when attempting to taper or stop using the GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) antidepressant Paxil have filed a petition to the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) requesting the creation of a MDL docket for similar cases involving Paxil-related withdrawal cases. In re: Paxil Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1574 (JPML).
