NEW ORLEANS - The manufacturer of Metabolife 356 was awarded summary judgment in three cases involving Louisiana residents, who allegedly sustained injuries as a result of using the supplement, after a federal judge concluded that the plaintiffs failed to present scientific evidence to support their claims.
