SEATTLE - Two companies that manufactured products containing PPA were dismissed from a number of suits, which were filed by individuals who allegedly sustained injuries as a result of using the products, after the plaintiffs failed to submit affirmations that properly identified the product and the company that sold it. In re: Phenylpropanolamine Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1407 (W.D. Wash.).
