DALLAS - Four Texas residents involved in a products liability suit against Merck & Co., Inc., the manufacturer of Vioxx, to recover damages for cardiovascular injuries they allegedly sustained after using the drug, have moved to abandon their claims against the company after the case was removed to federal court.
