Roche Moves to Dismiss Accutane Case Alleging Gastrointestinal Injuries

TAMPA, Fla. - Hoffmann-La Roche moved to dismiss a complaint filed by a man who allegedly suffered gastrointestinal injuries including liver problems and inflammatory bowel diseases as a result of using the acne medication Accutane.
